Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Other cities/remote areas: 4-7 business days
Shipping Charges

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
Courier Partners
We deliver orders through [TCS / Leopards / M&P / PostEx].
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available. Pay the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the order. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned.
Wrong/Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for any delay/failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Failed Delivery / Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, reshipping charges will apply for reordering (if applicable).
